In 2016, with the introduction of the Minqin County Government of Gansu Province, Wuwei Lianshuo Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary specializing in fine chemical production enterprises, was established.

In 2019, Tangshan Ruihua Bio-pesticide Co., Ltd. was reorganized and located in the rich Jidong Plain within the Bohai Rim Economic Circle - Luannan County, Tangshan City. The company covers a total area of 23,100 square meters, with a plant area of 5,000 square meters. It has advanced pesticide formulation production lines and modern warehousing, and is a core competitive enterprise in the bio-pesticide industry.

In 2021, the wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongnong Ruihua (Gansu) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established, which is mainly engaged in the production and sales of chemical products, and is a key construction project for the Yumen municipal government to attract investment.

In 2021, Jiangsu SNK Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a trading companydedicated to overseas market sales, was established. It provides high-quality plant protection products and related application technology services to customers worldwide.

In 2023, Hebei Liantuo Testing Technology Service Co., Ltd. was

established in Guoxietang Industrial Park, High-tech Zone, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. After completion of preparation, it will operate as a third-party testing agency authorized by the state, conducting product testing services and providing professional testing and analysis services.

In 2024, the Wuqiao Pesticides Headquarters will be established in Shijiazhuang, the capital of Hebei Province, located in the Guoxietang Industrial Park in the High-tech Zone. With an office area of 2,500 square meters, it boasts a brand-new office environment and complete office facilities, integrating functional centers and R&D centers. It will give full play to the Group's strategic deployment, management, and R&D improvement functions, laying a solid foundation for the Group's development.
